Buck Stop and Squirrel Away enjoy a very low return rate but sometimes things happen and need to be addressed. If you receive damaged goods or a mistake has been made with your order we are here to make it right. Please contact us within 15 days of purchase or shipment delivery.
Please fill out the form on this page and let us know what is going on. If there is damage to the product(s) we may request that you send us an image of the damaged goods. If you need to make a return, replacement or refund please send us the details so we can find the correct accommodation for you.

Shipping Info
Buck Stop and Squirrel away (in stock) products ship same day for all orders before 12 noon Eastern. Orders will ship UPS or USPS depending on the address type. All orders over 69 Bucks ship free UPS Ground or USPS Priority (Continental U.S. Only). Most orders will arrive to their destination in 2 business days. Expedited shipping is available and can be chosen at checkout. Tracking information will be provided to the email attached to the order.
